House rules

A few simple things that keep every stay smooth.

  • Self check-in with lockbox or keypad — codes are shared before arrival.
  • Please switch off electricity, AC and water heater when leaving the apartment.
  • Extra linen and towels are available on request for a small fee.
  • UAE uses plug type G — please bring an adaptor.
  • This is not a hotel: there is no daily cleaning or in-room dining.
  • No smoking indoors and no parties or events.
